All sales are final due to the nature of the product.

Seller warrants that the goods supplied will conform to the description provided in Seller’s quotation and specifications. Goods furnished by Seller are subject to standard manufacturing tolerances and variations.

Silver Defender products are designed to protect the treated article itself through embedded antimicrobial technology. However, due to variations in laboratory testing methods, environmental conditions, installation methods, maintenance practices, surface conditions, and other factors beyond Seller’s control, Seller does not guarantee specific antimicrobial performance results, ATP readings, or measured microbial reductions obtained by Buyer or third parties.

Silver Defender products are not intended to replace existing cleaning, disinfecting, or infection prevention protocols.

Except as expressly stated herein, Seller makes no other warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
